Job Purpose:
Delivers superior customer service to Corner Market customers.
Must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy fulfilling customer needs and requests.
Must be available days, evenings, and weekends.
Key responsibilities and accountability:
Implement superior customer service practices to see that every customer has a positive experience each and every time they visit The Corner Market.
Ability to operate our POS systems, and process payments in an efficient and accurate manner.
Must be friendly, outgoing, and be a good listener.
Must be good with math and able to read/write legibly.
Ability to complete tasks assigned by supervisor or manager efficiently and accurately.
Develop knowledge about products and stay up to date on customer trends.
Ability to merchandise, stock coolers, and face shelves.
Ability to multi task in a busy environment.
Ability to operate inventory devices and track inventory Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible.
