Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of computer software, technology, support and industry:
Complete knowledge of all Cruise & Travel Experts (CTE) system tools to allow for effective support to CTE members and staff.
Stay up to date with changes within the industry & CTE to allow for superior support to CTE members and staff.
Willingness to think outside the box, learn new tools and software with a positive attitude.
Be engaged with members and staff regarding support, provide immediate assistance via email (screen shots/clear explanation), phone or live meeting to problem solve issues interactively.
Become an expert with ClientBase to ensure members & staff can count on your knowledge to support them.
Weekly and monthly reporting to staff and management - Report needs to be advised.
Support staff with various needs, i.
e.
, document delivery, brochure orders, coverage, etc.
, updating ClientBase accordingly.
Operating procedures:
Demonstrate team involvement as it relates to system tool support & updates Work with other CTE departments as necessary Performs and manages assigned projects Follow company procedures, guidelines and standards in the areas of:
customer service, support, attendance, accuracy of work Other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
3
years travel industry experience Excellent customer service skills Work independently as well as part of a team to meet company goals Must be very organized and able to multi-task Excellent internal and external communication skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Job Type:
