9K a year 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago Currently seeking Associates within the Assembly, Pack/Re-Pack and Automatic Weld areas for an opportunity with a leader in custom contract manufacturing from single components and OEM parts and subassemblies to complete manufacturing and engineering capabilities and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lift's workpiece manually and secures workpiece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device.
Perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.
Distinguish and correct, as needed, the quality of a welded, milled, pressed, or assembling process.
Able to learn and train in other areas.
Replaces worn machine accessories such as weld tips.
Pack parts into various containers as specified by a standard.
Adhere to and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing standards.
Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the supervisor/manager.
REQUIREMENTS Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform the job safely while adhering to company safety standards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
