This position will involve going into commercial buildings or residential homes, removing registers and cleaning, cleaning ducts, sanitizing, changing air filter and leaving commercial building or house as clean if not cleaner than you arrived.
Must wear foot covers and any recommended safety equipment while working.
Must clean and maintain equipment Must be able to maneuver 75 pounds plus Must be able to use various ladders safely Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Must be organized and able to work alone.
Must have a mechanical aptitude.
Experienced is preferred but will train right candidate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
