Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of office management procedures as well as a background in automotive parts and service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Collect payment from customers for services rendered.
Input bills and expenses into QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
Organize and maintain office operations, including filing systems, office supplies, and equipment.
Track inventory levels and proactively order inventory as needed to ensure adequate stock.
Pick up supplies or run errands as required to support office operations.
Occasionally help out on the shop side of the business.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the automotive technical industry is required.
Customer service oriented.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Business-minded mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to be resourceful and have a proactive problem solving approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, QuickBooks, and email.
Position Details:
Hours:
30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Pay:
$15-$16 to start based on experience, with an opportunity for increase at a 90-day review based on performance.
Time Off:
After 6 months, 3 days PTO.
Two weeks PTO after 1 year employment.
